📳 Reminders

The goal​

Remind your clanmates about the tasks they need to complete in game!

If you are curious what these reminders look like, they are all on demo in the support server. You can also click on the name of the log type to be redirected to an example.

The commands​

To create new reminders, you must use the /reminders create command.

You can also use :

  • /reminders list to see the reminders you already set.
  • /reminders edit to modify or delete a reminder you already created.
  • /reminders manual to ping your clan mate right now!

The parameters​

Required​

  • type: choose between war & CWL, Clan Capital, Inactivity, Clan Games and Roster.
  • time_left: time remaining before pinging your clan mates. Use commas to enter multiple times.

Optional​

channel: The channel you want the ping to be sent to.If you don't set a channel, the ping will be sent in the channel the command was run in.

Reminders types​

On this section we will explain the different reminders types.

For now only the war & CWL reminders are working. Other reminders will be reactivated soon. Stay tuned!

War & CWL​

Ping users that have remaining attacks X hours before the end of the war (48h max). A Gif can also be used!

Your war log should be set to 'public' in game, otherwise you won't get a reminder

Reminder 30 min before the end of the war

Use cases : ​

  • Remind them during prep days to fill clan castles,
  • Inform them that the war started,
  • Remind them to attack when there's only a few hour left.

The reminder types below are currently not working

Clan capital​

Remind people to use their raids attacks if not done yet.

Inactivity​

Ping people who has been inactive for X days.

Clan Games​

Remind people to participate to the clan game if they are under a certain amount of points.

Roster​

Ping people when a roster is about to end (see manage-rosters-and-more.md).
